I thought Waterstone looked like a nice convenient place to live. It had a gate, there was restaurants and grocery stores right by. However my first mistake was judging the convenience of what was around me instead of the actual apartment complex. After living there for two weeks we already recieved a threatening letter from the staff for something we had no part in. The letter said that if the problem accures we will be evicted. But soon enough when they found out it wasnt us there was no letter of appology no phone call...nothing. They just blew it off and expected us to. like "oh haha we were going to evict you for something you didnt even do...but now we know its not you hehe isnt that funny." It was funny too because when we moved in our dishwasher didnt work, there was carpet clippings all over the floor, the linoleum was dirty, our washer and dryer wasnt there, our screen door was jammed, our mailbox was rusted shut and none of these were fixed until after we got that letter. So they tried to kick us out even before doing for us what was supposed to be done before we moved in. Needeless to say me and my girlfriend decided it would be best for us to terminate our lease early and pay the fines because we would rather pay some extra money than live the way these people made us live. We lived there for about 4 months and received a threatening letter at least every other week and EVERY time I would call them and either say it wasnt us, which it never was or it was something so minor that I would just say ok whatever...in a nut shell Waterstone sucks! But the staff is a bunch of sluts, so if you are into that then I would suggest moving there...and remember they do everything together.
