I have been living in Waterstone for almost 3 years, never paid rent late, not only once, and last month they lost my check.
A week later I get a letter at my door stating that my name was going to go to a credict collections agency if I did not pay my rent, with the fees, by that afternoon.
When I called to try to understand what was happening, asking them why didn't they call me to tell me what happened, one of their employees told me: "Because I am not your babysitter!"
That is the kind of consideration they have for people who live their, and specially who have been loyal to them.
It just indignates me the way they treat their customers. And by reading some of the other reviews makes me understand that it is definitely not only with me.
It makes such a difference to have to deal with rude people. It is just always a hassle whenever I need to ask for a favor.
If you are a kind of person like me, who likes to live in peace with other people, and would love not to have to get into fights for your rights all the time, it would be tough to live here!
