Water Stone has been a good place for me for 2 years. Though my needs in an apartment are basic, this complex has met them. I never hear my neighbors, and the staff has been nothing but professional and helpful. THe maintenance is done quickly and to my satisfaction. The office girls are polite and go out of their way to make myself and others feel comfortable. I read some of the other reviews, and agree the gates are a joke most of the time; but lets face it, if we think that a gate is going to protect us from the rest of the world, we are pretty naive! It doesn't help that I have seen that people hit them alot-how do yo expect them to work' Needless to say, I think that anyone who has had a bad experience probably brought it on themselves- I have been happy and plan to stay as long as I am in Indpls.
