I am currently living here at Waterstone. On our initial walk thru, we were given a run down of all the great benefits the apartment and location had to offer. Upon move in, the apartment was in no shape for us to move in. We were to have a washer and dryer in the apartment, which was not ready. When the washer and dryer did arrive, it was broken. Our hot water heater was broke, and we have had numerous problems with our AC. The security gates were too be a perk for the residents. I was told at move in that the one broken gate would be repaired ASAP. That was 6 months ago...and now all the gates are broken. When I confronted the office staff about this, they told me that it was not a "security gate", it was just a gate. Well, I am sorry to say that we moved into this distinguished apartment complex for the "gate." It is one additional step that intruders have to get passed.
The price of the apartment is not worth the space, as others have said. Don't get me wrong, the apartments are beautiful-vaulted ceilings and crown molding, but 800 dollars a month for a one bedroom is crazy.
I have never had a problem with parking, however noise has been a problem. For example one day there was drilling outside and banging above me. I, who work nights, called the office to see what was going on. I was told that I would just have "to get over it" because it was carpet layers, and there was nothing they could do about it. Customer service...Negative.
I am happy here for now, but we will not be renewing our lease. As a matter of fact, we are already looking for somewhere new.
