Recommended for convenience and peaceful living

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2001
 
Thankfully, in my 2 years at Waterstone, I did not run into major problems except for a few milipedes that decided to visit my unit during one summer.


However, some other units have been less fortunate in experiencing break-ins, water leakage and rodents.


Overall, a good place to live.
