Overall, we experienced something every week. Loud neighbors, neighbors with a dog (which they lied about to the office), parties, dancing in the parking lot at 2:00 a.m., water leaking which caused a mold problem, packages lost, etc. We couldn?t leave fast enough. The parking was terrible and people were parking in the grass and in handicap spaces. The security gates were broken more often than not. The garbage dumpsters were so full and we were told not to put our garbage on the ground, but had no other place to put it.
