This is a very nice facility but parking and security gate problems make it less than an ideal place to live. There is never enough parking for residents, and residents often must leave their cars parked in fire lanes, in areas behind other resident?s garage doors, and outside of the complex on side of streets. The security gates are often nonfunctioning and are broken weekly from cars hitting them. This complex would be a very nice place to live if these problems were fixed; however, management has done nothing for many years despite knowing of the serious problems.
