First thing, when i went to look at the apartment, i was treated like a king. They showed me the utmost respect, UNTIL i loved in. Within the first two months of me moving in, i received a threatening letter from the office saying that i'm making too much noise. I lived on the third floor, by myself need i say, and i take it that there were numerous complaints from the person under me that i was walking too hard. first off, i'm 6'0" 150lbs at the time, how hard can i walk. so instead of talking to the person under me to let him know that he needs to understand that someone does live above you, they decided to move me into another apartment, at MY expense to stop the complaints. that was fine, i didnt care, plus they gave me an upgraded apartment. Soon after i loved there, maybe another two months after that. my car was broken into, not just once, but twice. and also, my apartmetn was broken into. Did the office have ANY compassion about what happend to me and the safety of myself and my property NO. So what they decided to do was to just let me out of my lease. Uppon leaving i noticed that there were other people leaving as well. I asked them why they were leaveing and they stated the same things that i stated before. The office didnt care about what happened, their apt was broken into and their vehicles were broken into and/or vandalized. So, from that, you paint the picture on this community. Beautiful layout, but NOT worth the money or the headache...

wow, i wish i read this before. This past Saturday was the 4th time someone has tried to get into my unit. I have until April. In the mean time we are moving to another unit.

The reason your footsteaps were so loud is they failed to tell you the apartments are non insulated........ Imagine that..... Ever wonder why your IPL bill was so high?
