We are a active duty military family and have lived in Waterstone since January 2005. The office staff has always been very nice and eager to help, with the exception of a busy Sat. afternoon when i stood in the office for over 20 min. and never got any help. Whenever I have a had a maintenece problem, they are either here the same day or the following morning. We have a view of the pond, and love it! Alot of people have complained about the geese, but i dont care what kind of mess they make. I think the people complaing are the ones with dogs that are out walking in the grass, and they never clean up after thier dogs anyway. The maintenence people are trying different ways to get rid of the geese, adn it looks to be working. We enjoy our apartment, especially the HUGE bathrooms and the garden tub in the master bedroom. We never have any problem with parking,and have 2 cars, and never use our garage for them. I have always felt safer here inside these gates then I do when I leave them! I love this apartment, and its one of the main things keeping me in Indy while my husband is here on duty!!
