I've lived in a lot of apartments from the ghettoest on up the scale. Waterstone is really nice. Of course every thing has it's flaws. Waterstone's flaw is there parking. The parking can be bad at certain times of the year. I've been here about 7 months and the only time I had an issue was during IBE weekend. I had to park in the front of the complex outside the gate. Other than that it's been really good. Any maintenance request that I've put in has been handled within a day or 2 at the most. The apartments themselves are really clean and taken good care of. The management is always very friendly and helpful. First name basis with most of them. Some complain about geese or ducks but it hasn't been an issue with me, just watch where your walking. I would hope you do that anyway. Price is kinda steep but you get what you pay for, so that was expected. The complex landscape is clean and well kept. The gates are broke sometimes but at least they're usually stuck open so at least you can get in without having to go around. Overall I think it's really nice and I'm enjoying my stay. No I didn't get paid to say this, even though I wish I did.
