We have been a residents for 6 months. We have had problem since day one. First moving in on July and not having the A.C. working and sweating all night. Apon moving in nothing was clean. Cat toys under the stove and dryer was not installed and lint covered the walls. This was a huge fire safty issuse. Paint specks on the tile and old tile. Mold growing in the bathroom floor. The staff is nice but sometimes not to helpful. We are college students and are looking for better place to live. Also had my car hit in the parking lot after the first week moved in. Hit and run. It was $3,500 worth of damage and got no help from the staff.
