Over priced with bug infestation

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Staff was difficult to work with. Bugs (silverfish) were infesting my apartment upon move in (on walls, floors, etc). Spraying for bugs did not help and staff seems annoyed to offer any assistance. Very over priced and not a good neighborhood.
