My family and I lived there for a little over 2 years while in between homes and loved it. We never had any problems with neighbors. We got along great with the office staff who ALWAYS, ALWAYS made us feel "at home." As a matter of fact we miss it there and are planning on moving back within a few months after the sale of our home (we're sick of the property taxes!!). It's our opinion, after reading the negative reviews of Waterstone, that some of these people may have an ax to grind or maybe they were just negative and difficult people to begin with and no one could accommodate them no matter how hard they tried. It goes without saying that you get what you give. As for bugs in apartments...we had very little problems and when we did the staff was always on top of it; and what home is completely without a few anyway' mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
