Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
We have throughly enjoyed living here. Like other commenters, we too had a bug issue, but when mgmt found out about it they were all too happy to help. Parking is a pseudo issue, so you may want to think about buying a space. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is absolutely amazing.
