nice place --- for the west side

I really liked living in Waterstone. It was convenient as can be, with Target and Marsh so close. The apartments and grounds were well-kept and I had a great experience with the office staff. They were always helpful and friendly, even in less-than-ideal situations.
My only real qualms with Waterstone were that we did have issues with bugs and the "gate" situation was a pain in the butt. Being that my roommmate and I were pretty clean people, the but issue posed a problem for us. We had to get our place sprayed several times in the year we lived there. Also, we did have to call maintenance fairly often, which leads me to believe that the construction was not up to par. As far as the gate goes --- we thought it was a great idea when we moved in, but it was a real hassle to have company, and really, if someone really wanted in, they could just follow another car. Not as safe as it seems.
All in all, Waterstone was a nice, safe, quiet place to live. The only reason I felt compelled to move was because I hated the West side. Nothing to do (no great shopping, nightlife, etc.).
