This community is very specail. I mean the pool,new blacktop, but that is just the outside. After reading the reviews. I agree about the gates, bugs, parking and new neighbors moving in and out every 3 months. I feel that you can get better at a much cheeper price. The staff is friendly.

Since day one, nothing but problems with bugs, AC unit replaced, improper installed dryer that was a fire hazard because the lint house was never connected.

Warning it make look nice and you might be guaranteed 10 frozen pizzas but make sure you know what you are getting into.
