I've been at Waterstone for over 8 months and have been very comfortable.
The management is great especially Lorena. Maintenance has been prompt. The grounds are well kept. The apartments are pretty new. It's a few minutes from the grocery store and Target. Being a single girl I haven't had any problems with safety either. It's right off 465 so, you hear the traffic a little but the air-conditioning/heating drowns that out most times.
I would definitely recommend Waterstone.
