Right now, I currently live in Waterstone and I say it is below average, especially for its hign rent. Waterstone's gated entrance is not very helpful, a lot of the time people will follow you into the gate and some of the time the gates are broken or open. One thing that I really dislike about Waterstone is that is infested with silverfish. I by far think that this is disguisting. Also I really don't think the maintenance team can tell time, 15 minutes means 15 not 30 0r 45.
