I lived at Waterstone for a year. I wasn't very familiair with the westside of town, but a friend recommended Waterstone. From the very beginning I felt at home. The office staff and maintenance were always efficient and friendly. I had a lakeview and it was very "resort-like" living. My neighbors were great and the prices were reasonable. I live on the northeast side now and absolutely hate it. Traffic is horrible and the people are rude. My apartment nothing to rave about. It has made me more appreciative of what I had at Waterstone. Then you should move back to the westside were your life is on the line everywhere you go. I live on the North East and it is a lot more professional and up kept.
