The apartments look nice from the outside thats it. Inside they are a cash cow, cheap cheap cheap. I moved into a two bedroom apartment and the carpet was gross and the bath room and Kitchen floors are lament which were market up. The carpet had stains and the move in representative told me that she would record the conditions of the carpet. Three weeks prior to moving out I received a letter stating there were no damages. Three weeks later I received a letter in the mail stating that I owed $75 for bleach stains in the carpet and $100 for rust stains in the carpet. Keep in mind the apartment representative stated that the carpet was old. Basically the apartment complex knew that they needed new carpet and wanted me to buy there new carpet.
The shrubs and trees are nice, however the roads in and around the complex are bad, there are pot holes every where. The gates are horrible they either are open all the time or are not working. Another Cash cow option, the gates move at snail speed and are always broken or open. I understand like most of you do that apartments are in business to make money, however you must satisfy the customer or your profits will fall.
Many of the reviews state that tenants move in and out every three months. Basically the reason for this is that many people are new to the area and find better apartments or better living conditions over the following three months.
Word of advice if you move here, take a picture of the apartment before moving in. Ask the office to save the picture with the apartment file and save one for your self. Remeber the deposit is your money not theirs don't let them furinsh the apartment for the next tenant on you. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
