i lived in waterstone for a year which was ups and downs with the maintence....i had nothing but water problems...they claimed it was my washer but i know better cause when we un hooked it we still had water in the walkway to our room which because they lacked to take care of the problem resulted in mold in my bedroom wall... my tub had a dent in the bottom of it when we moved in and we had mentioned it and was told it would be taken care of never was which resulted in my tub cracking then leading to more mold in my walls of my bathroom....also when we went to do our inspection the tiles in the kitchen and walk ways were stained yellow and it had happen form the previous people living there...im sure they charged them for it so why didnt they fix it they expect you to pay 1300 a month to live in trash this place is horrible as far as making it worth your money the people that live in here are nice and respectful but the managment and maintence on the property sucks....i wouldnt recomend them to anyone .... qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
