i had to relocate to indianapolis from out of state. mind you, it was a quick move and i was a little uneasy about moving and especially renting sight-unseen. i do want to say the internet can be very misleading, but very helpful too. coming from experience, i know some places that will show you a nicely decorated model and not show an actual apartment. when the actual apartment looks nothing like the model. this to me is false advertising. however, one of the employees at waterstone was able to send me pictures via email of my exact apartment so i knew what to expect. i was so greatful for this because it put my mind at ease knowing the conditions of the apartment. once i arrived, i signed my lease. mind you, it took about 30 minutes, but it was worth it because the lady explained the lease and what was expected out of the residents. she was very thorough and answered my questions. my advice... if you do your research and ask questions then you shouldn't have any problems.
