I have never seen, let alone lived, in a dirtier, nastier, less taken care of apartment complex in all my life. Maintenance requests are ignored and/or put off for as long as possible. There is no parking, the streets and sidewalks are very dangerous and horrible looking due to thousands of cracks and potholes. People drive about 30-40 miles per hour through the complex because the office management won't do anything about it. The apartments themselves are equipped with poorly insulated doors and windows, barely working stoves and dishwashers, and dirty vents. I am strongly looking for a way to terminate my lease ASAP. I also stronly advise against considering this complex for your home, it's dangerous and dirty.
