Poor service, poor condition... overall POOR

The air conditioning is VERY BAD. Makes the inside hotter than the outside. The ventilation is also poor, basically the air is not circulating.
Any service requests will be done only after 1 or 2 days at the minimum, and after countless phone calls to the management office, even if it's an emergency case (like clogged sink or toilet.
Management is not helping much as well.
Overall POOR. DO NOT MOVE IN!
