If West Indianapolis needed an emina, this is where they'd insert the tube. While it doesn't look bad from the outside on a sunny summer day, in general IT SUCKS. The buildings are OLD, it looks like when someone moves out, they just slop paint on the walls, give a cheap excuse for a carpet cleaning, and move you in. They make promises about all the improvements that are coming, (i.e., repaving the parking lot. A coworker who lived there several years ago told me that he was also told that when he moved in. Hasn't happened.) The doors and windows in my apartment don't seal, walls are paper thin, dogs barking, and enough pot smoke in the hallways to choke a donkey. The crime rate is PHENOMINAL. (Ask Indy Police Department for a history. You'll be astounded.) Apparently, they're not real picky about who lives here. My wife REFUSES to stay here with our young child. If I had to find one word for the place... Sh!thole.
Spend the extra money to live elsewhere.
