Great service. Good value for your money.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
Fairly pleasant living experience. Excellent and friendly service. When I?ve had problems (ants, dripping faucet, noisy heater) they?ve always been fixed or attended to within a day. Comfortable living at a good price. Nice lakes and sidewalks for my daily walk. Fun to feed geese and ducks.
Added 7/25/02:
The longer I live here the less I like it. All the maintence problems have started getting on my nerves. Recently my apartment got flooded by the apartment upstairs and some books got ruined. Service to repair the ceiling has been very slow. If you can afford better, don't live here.
