Ok I will say that apartment communities take alot of abuse. There are alot of unfortunate things that happen in apartment communities due to the close living quarters. Now take into consideration that Westlake is probally the largest apartment community in town you are going to encounter problems. Westlake is it's own little city. Maybe you need to complain to your city Government. Due to the fact the owners are not police and they cannot be the police and there hands are tied to a certain extent on what they can do. The other is catching the person doing wrong or who they may have over that is causing the problems. I have a friend who lived in Carmel for years paying a much higher rent but, guess what a murder happened 2 doors down from her and she is in Carmel. So before you can blame this staff maybe you should thank you city government for not getting every criminal off the street. If they did get every criminal maybe you wouldn't read or write such things about people.

Ok i worked here and lets just say that this staff changes constantly and the only one who knows wht the%$)# is going on is not allowed to make decisions. SO it is the managmenets fault, they need to keep and train staff.
