I have lived in these apartments for less than a year now, and I hate it! We chose the apartment because it was supposed to be "brand new/remodeled". It looked really nice when we moved in, but we have had nothing but problems since.
During the summer months, the upstairs is so hot, you cannot cool the place down, no matter how low you set the air conditioning. We had to buy a window unit air conditioner.
Our neighbors smoke like chimneys. My apartment reeks of smoke all the time and it is very disgusting. I have asked maintenance to change my air filters or attempt to help fix this problem, and I have had no response at all.
Our plumbing is terrible and backs up all the time. Recently our sink and dishwasher backed up, and it took 3 days for anyone to come and fix it.
The front and back door leak when there is a big rain storm.
The apartment layout is terrible, there is nowhere to store anything.
We've had things stolen off of our patio, and no response from security.
We are lucky b/c our neighbors are pretty quiet. The walls are thin, so if they were loud people, that would be a problem.
Overall we have not enjoyed living here. It's not worth the high rent we are paying.

I lived in the apartments before they where renavated drain clean outs outside of buildings are still missing coversas of 6-06,i lived thier in 8-03 to2-04 and i told proberty manager about it and whatch her write up work order back then.poor management.
