Cheap rent. nice people at leasing office.
not very flexible for moving out and short term lease. have to give them a two month notice before move out! who will know what's gonna happen in 60 days! this really sucks!

and for a three month short term. they are asking $300 penalty per month !!!! so for a $415 one bed room, total per month rent is $300 $415 = $715 for three month short term lease!!! this is bloody hell !!!

Any others are fine...

why did u sign the lease??? Those are things u should have found out before signing the lease. Did you even read the lease???
