By far the worst place I have ever lived. The water pressure fades in and out so when you take a shower (if you dare) you will get scalding hot water one second, then freezing cold the next. My unit smelled like animal urine when I moved in. The people in the office are ignorant (told me there were no on-site laundry facilities...turns out there are) and good luck getting them on the phone. Given the neighborhood, IT IS NOT WORTH IT DO NOT MOVE IN UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPED OFF.

oane of my friends was RIPPED OFF in the parking lot and both of my cars was damaged and youa re right the staff needs some customer service classes

They are rude to everyone, you don't even have to live there. I used to work for Bellflower clinic and my apt. lease was about to expire so I was apt. hunting and Westlake was on my list. Well, part of my job was to go out and locate people who might need medicine and this client had given an address in Westlake (that should have been a clue for me to run screaming)but, I thought, great, this will give me chance to see the complex on a weekday. I drove around the complex for a minute, I found the street I was looking for, but the numbers did not go up that high. Instead of wasting more gas, I went into the office to inquire about the address, and the blonde hussy in the office nearly tore my head off. Well needless to say Westlake got scratched off my list pronto!!!

I have to fully agree with the last assessment. I do home visits with Wishard patients and it is nearly impossible to find the addresses since they are set up in a weird way. I went into the office one day to get help and the gentleman I spoke with handed me a map and said "I'm sure you can figure it out."
