My fiance' lives in Westlake. Which is all fine. But we are moving out once his lease is up. They charge you 100$ plus 10,000 dollars in renters insuranace just to have dish tv. That is rediculus. They also have drainage problems. Everytime you shower no matter what apartment you are in, you will be standing in ankle deep waters. The maintace crew is great. My fiance went to the desk to get his closet fixed. It was fixed in 24 hours. I asked the guy about the shower. He said that they all do it. That in every building the showers are all like that. You can pour as much draino down as you want. It will not help out at all.

I do not want to start my married life off in a place like this. The front desk staff is okay. I think they can be a little rude.

If I had a choice to do it over again. I would not live here. Nor would my fiance'. So if you are thinking about raising a family save yoursevels and go someplace else. Yes the rent is cheap. It is not worth it. Ashton Pointe is better than here. Consider them before westlake.


Parking is okay during the day by his building. However, at night it becomes a nightmare.
