I THINK WEST LAKE NEED A COMPLETELY NEW STAFF. This will help a lot. Noise complaints are not taken seriously. Staff is very lazy and customer satisfaction is not important here. Therefore I will not be renewing my lease. Also people next to me sell drugs and I have complained. As if the staff smelling it isn't enough. Management claims nothing can be done because they have to actually see them with the drugs. Yeah RIGHT Management or the police will knock on the door & the drug dealer are going to say come on in. I DONT THINK SO. Every morning I wake up to the smell of marijuana CAN SOMEONE SAY GHETTO, HOOD, 'SECTION A' APARTMENTS
I'm Moving to Ashton Pointe when my lease is up; I've heard nothing but good things about their management team

I would move farther away from Westlake than Ashton Pointe, if I were you.
