Terrible Place to live
From: -Anonymous-Date posted: 5/28/2008
Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
We moved in last summer after hearing all of the community activities that sounded perfect. Our first winter, we found that nothing was done on the roads as evident in a school bus accident as they were leaving the complex. Ice and snow was a mess. The noise is terrible, ghetto is the best way to describe it. According to the website, the max rent is 850 or so but after our one year lease, ours went to 980.00 per month. The pool is nice when it is open. My son found a crack pipe at the park. Our car was also broken into with a lot of my husbands items stolen.
We were told that the units had washer and dryer hook-up but that was a lie.
Our downstairs smells of sewerage since all of the apartments drain under our living room floor. After our car was broken into, there was a paper sent out by management that apartments were being broken into as well.
Never see security unless they are washing their personl vehicles at the expense of the tenents.
Many days and nights you are bothered by loud bass in cars that park and thump for hours. Security number never reaches a real person with the majority never even getting a follow up.
We are currently in the process of trying to move since "the good neighbor agreement" is obviously a joke. We spent four days with no air as no one would come to fix it. Three times our garbage disposal was broken and finally someone came to fix that, tiles fall off the bath tub, mold grows in the windows, the park is terrible at night with drinking and partying by ADULTS.
Dirty, Dirty, Dirty....DO NOT MOVE HERE!
