The other residents seem to be my biggest problems. 2 of my four neighbors are users which is evident from the constant aroma of marijuana in the hallway. Every night there is a group of 6-15 men standing outside drinking beer and then throwing the bottles in the parking lot. People sit around with bass thumping for hours at a time and drug use is something accepted as normal. Don't be fooled by security, there is none. Even when you call you will not see any real response for 1 to 2 hours. Maintenance is a joke. When you finally get someone to come fix your problems you can plan on them being there for a couple of days. And they leave the worse messes and in my case, used my bath towels to clean up leaking water. So now I have oil stained towels. When I read these reviews it all made sense. The apartments are alright, but anyone can live here and security is, again, a problem.
