We've lived at Westlake about a month now, and our "newly renovated" townhouse has been crawling with ants, beetles and centipedes since the day we picked up the keys. Almost all our doors and light switches were painted shut, and the first time we used the garbage disposal, it clogged up (And we had barely used it, just a couple plate scraps while the water was running). It took four days for management to get maintenance to fix it, though the maintenance man was very polite and prompt to fix the problem while he was there.
Cant really say too much else, we have quiet neighbors and haven't seen any violent/illegal action, though with all the other bad reviews, I'm half expecting it. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

it all depends where your apt sits. if you sit on the big lake you may not see much. but you will have the problem with the ants. be sure to call maintance and have oscar the pest control guy come out and spray. you pay 2 bucks a month anyways so you might as well use it. hopefully you wont have as many problems as i have, you can read my story ( would rather live on the streets/.....) good luck
