I moved to Westbury Court because I thought it looked safe and clean compared to the apartments in the neighborhood. I've lived in Westbury for almost a year now, and will not be renewing my lease. Rent is too high priced for the size ($485 for 400 sq ft), neighbors are loud and obnoxious at all hours of the day and night beginning at 6:30 AM, parking is not lit-up at night if you're lucky enough to get a spot, there's no trash service like they claim, and I've been waiting over a month for a new washer and dryer that I pay extra for. There's trash everywhere, and cars that are sitting up on blocks. There's no way I would walk through the neighborhood at night, or leave my door unlocked for 5 minutes. The neighbors across the hall have people coming and going constantly (dealers'') that are scary! I've stopped staying at my apartment, and use it strictly for storage. My advice...find a nicer, larger, cleaner place.
