Upon moving in i noticed that there where blood stains on the carpet not only that the carpet smelled. The next day i called the front desk and asked that it be cleaned again and also to fix my lock, the staff member told me that they do not clean the buildings they just paint them. when filling out the maintenance order they will ask you if it is ok for them to make entry with out you being there, I told them no. The next day i noticed that they was greas all over the handle and lock, upon entering i found the order on my table, they came in with out me being there and on the order form it said ONLY MAKE ENTRY WE CUSTOMER IS THEIR. Now back to the carpet after calling a number of times 5 weeks later i come home and have a call that the carpet was spot cleaned with the carpet still smelling i cleaned it myself. One thing i noticed is that you can not count on the maintenance here and the staff seem to take sides so you can't complain. Just 10 weeks before my lease was up their where was a haspanics family that lived the next builing over from me and they would party till 3:00am outside so you would here them all night, Good Luck Sleeping!. They moved into a 1 bed room and had 6 cars parked all over the place due to there are only 2 cars per unit, so the would park 2 car in front of there unit and 2 in front of my unit and 2 across from my unit. So parking was bad their where times i had to park 2 units over and walk to my apartment. Not only that but its too high to live their you pay for every sq. feet, all I'm saying is if your looking for a place to live and you just so happen to stop by Westbury Court just KEEP DRIVING, I hope no one would have to go through what I went through.
