I lived at Westbury for 1 year. I am complaining due to the fact I paid $900.00 in total deposits. $400 was my deposit for the apartment. They take off the top $125 for PAINT after you move out. Then I paid a $500.00 pet deposit for a Chihuahua. $200 of your pet deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. They then charged me an additional $300.00 from my pet deposit for Pet damage, when there was no damage. Therefore, out of $900 I am only getting back $260.00. When you sign papers saying you are moving out they send you papers saying that if everything is not cleaned prior to you moving out you will get charged extra. Example was if you do not clean the counters in the kitchen, they would charge $25-$90 to clean them, ect... I would not recommend living here. The walls are very very thin. The parking sucks. The appliances did always work but were very old. Rent is expensive.
