Since I moved in for schoool sponsored, and I thought it was everything was going very well. Couple months later, I called the manager that they need to repaint my bathroom because they didnt repaint when i moved there. They repainted only bedroom. Later, the lightbulbs in the hallway was broken, and then I called again, no one shows up. Then I decided to buy new lightblubs myself. A Couple weeks later, lightbulbs went broken again. And so it repeatedly, but I use the right watts, and I dont understand why they always broke.
Another one was the window wont shut, i mean something in the window wont shut. The door too, wont shut.
And the last thing, they got BEDBUGS! I called the manager, and I explained to them about many conditions in there. He said that he'll take care of it and he'll call an extriminators to kill bedbugs.
I mean the bedbugs was there before I move there. I didnt know, and they were plainful when I moved in.
I am filled up with that apartment because they have poor maintainence. So, I reccommend to you not to rent that apartment.
Thanks.

I just recently read your review on Westbury Court and bedbugs and I reget to inform you but bedbugs are NOT indigenous to the United States. If you didn't catch that, that means they are brought here from OTHER COUNTRIES AND OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD! They also get brought here and are found alot in dorms. So, I ask you how do you know it wasn't you who brought them in? The only reason why I ask this is I used to work in the business and I love to dispell the many myths about these nasty, little creatures. Fact is, I know that Westbury Court and all of the Sexton Properties are inspected by the Apartment Association and they would NOT be in business today if they allowed people to move in bug infested apartments. That my friend, is sheer common sense. As a side note, not sure if you ever read Indiana Business Journal but I just read about Sexton Properties and it listed Sexton as the second most sucessful business in entire state of Indiana. Call me crazy but I don't think they got there for nothing. I have had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Sexton and I was equally impressed by how she is uber paticular about the maintenance and upkeep of her properties.
Secondly, I am going to assume by your naive comments that you have never lived in an apartment before and this is your first time. Let me just welcome you to the club and enlighten you a bit-no where you go has perfect, impeccable maintenance.Suck it up and do something about it. I guarantee you that writing about it on here won't get it fixed, right? Let me give you a wee bit of advice. First, take care of things in person not on the phone and follow up to make sure the work got completed. I lived in apartments for years and know how it is. Also, did you say you were a student? I am just curious because last time I checked, spelling and grammar were included in everyday curriculum no?
