When i moved here, the plase was appealed due to the low priced rent, the ponds, and the appartments are descent. When i moved in i had a feeling that there had to be a catch to the low rent. I shouldnt have ignored that feeling. Within the first month or so i had my car broken sitting right in front of my apartment. I have heard of constant apartments being broken into, huge drug dealing probelms, gangs, gun shots, beaten security guards, corrupt maintainence workers. When my car was broken into the police officer that i gave my report to told me that this apprtment complex gets more calls than any other. That his advice was to spend more on rent and get out as soon as possible. He told me many messed up stories about this place. I cant wait to get out of these appartments, which is exactly why i am on this website right now, actually doing some homework befor i go rushing into my next apartment like i did into this one. If they could clean out all the people causing all these problems it really would be a nice place to live but until that ever happens, dont hold your breathe. Dont make the same mistake as me, look somewhere else...
