Worst Place Ever To Live in Indy

I have lived in Westlake for almost 3 years and it has definitely gone downhill FAST. The office staff is a joke - they wheel and deal you into really thinking this place is fantastic but after you live here for as long as I have, you definitely change your mind. When I first moved here in 2005, I rented a really nice townhouse. Nice place on the large lake. After a year I decided to move to a lower level flat on the lake. Huge mistake. Neighbors above you could hear everything going on including them opening their own dresser drawers. Flooring issues big time. Management will not do anything about it. Neighbors have been rude and loud and now if you have a disturbance to report, you have to call the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police department instead of Westlakes own security (which is a joke as well). IMP might show up in an hour or so. We are moving OUT. Drugs and shootings constantly. Not one day goes by that you don't see an IMP officer on the premises.
