i have lived here for almost a year
and its not too bad, mainly families with kids live here but there are several very shady ghetto looking characters that live there to so becarefull. The Building is pretty old and the applicances are old to but they all worked for me. The landscaping and the exteior isnt too bad either they do keep up with it. I did ask them to fix my lights that went out but they have never done that yet and its been months so good luck on that kind of stuff. The office staff isnt too bad but i never needed them much other then to pay my bill and pick up my packages from their office. If you play hardball with chris the manganer you can get a lot of discounts i got one month free rent, washer and dryer for free for 12 months, and a discount off my rent dues every month only because i had a roommate to split the bills and i had a good credit score and we both had steady job for many years. Its very drafty in the townhomes..our ultility bills were over 150 dollars a month sometimes. The townhomes are very spacious but the kitchen is very cramped. You get lots of closet space to in the 2 bedroom townhomes. Overall not to bad i would recommend this place only if you have a roommate to split the bills and you play hardball with chris.
