They call the townhomes, townhomes but they don't come with anything a home would come with. No washer and dryer connections, no fenced in patios, and 988 square feet is just not enough space to do anything. Then they want to raise the rent on residents when it is not worth the money they are trying to get. $600 for a small townhome plus all utlities, that is crazy. It is all about the money here and can't wait to get my family in a living environment.
