When I moved to Whitfield Square, I didn't know what to expect. I moved to Indy from Virginia, and really didn't know how to get around town. I am so happy that I chose this property! My apartment is like brand new, but I'm not paying the high price that some of the other places charged. The apartment has a good layout and I can have friends over for dinner now because it is so large! The kitchen is my favorite - it's bigger than any apartment kitchen I've ever seen! My friends always compliment me on my apartment and I'm proud to live here. The maintenance is pretty good, I guess. I haven't really had any issues, so i wouldn't know. It seems like everyone in the office is newer, and they really are on top of things here. Parking is great, there hasn't been any trash laying around the parking lot, and it seems to be pretty quiet lately.

there is plenty of trash in the parking lot that does not get picked up. old funiture laying around. air conditioner has not worked all summer after many complaints. I would not recommend this place to anyone . my car was hit and now there is $200. in damage hit and run
