This is a terrible community. My car was vandalized twice from in front of my home. One of my neighbors stole my license plates. I had some strangers on my patio attempting to steal my patio furniture. I have filed a total of 4 ppolice reports since living here. When I submit requests to the office, maintenance never comes. I went to the office to report that they had not shown up and the leasing manager said "yes they did, stop lying." At that point she got really nasty and put me out of the office. There has been a toilet sitting on the balcony across the courtyard from my apartment for over 3 weeks. I requested new carpet and tile before I signed my lease and was told yes. After I signed, the manager stated that if I wanted new carpet I should never have accepted the apartment. I even have the request in writing on my move in sheet. The children in the area throw trash on your front porch and no one picks it up. You have to ask them to get off of the mailbox in order for you to retrieve your mail(yes..they sit ontop of the mailboxes). All in all, they staff is mean, the apartments are poorly kept, and the members of the community do not care to help keep up the property. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
