Not good place to live

Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2001
 
I had 3 separate leases at Wildwood apts and in the early 90's it was nice with good people. But as everything on the west side it went down and got a new ower who was a cheap idiot and they stopped fixing and enforcing rules. By 2001 it was horrible!
