As close to hell as it gets!!!

The manager is an absolute ----- from hell. The entire management company will cheat you out of every dollar they can. They are dishonest in their business practices, consistenly break the Indiana rental law, and will lie lie lie. This is the worse place to live in Indianapolis, maybe the United States. It was once a beautiful, quiet accomodating place. But when the current management took over, it became like hell. They never fix anything, the outside doors fall off, the fences are torn down and never replaced, windows crack and aren't repaired, it's filthy. There are more IPD runs to this area than anywhere in the city, and several car break-ins weekly.
Residents are lied to by the staff and you have to go to the attorney general to get your deposits back. DON'T LIVE HERE......GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE...... uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
