Wildwood Village Apartments

HATEFUL MANAGER, STAFF, DECIETFUL MANAGEMENT From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/16/2004 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2003   This place will steal your money. They pretend that you owe them rent or some other bogus charge and force you to pay or you will be evicted. They never fix anything, maintenance is almost nonexistent. People have been murdered in apartments here. There are drug rings going on. Cars get broken into every night. The manager will not give you a copy of your lease. They then tell you if you don't give them a copy, you will be charged an extra $100. per month. They also do not keep copies of keys to the apartments. Then they tell the renters to give them a copy of their keys, or they will be charged $20.00. YOu will not get your deposits back under any circumstances, unless you go to the attorney general of Indiana. They put notes on doors telling residents they owe money without giving them a reason. The hot tub never works and the pool is always closed. There is very very little security lighting. It's a pathetic, illegal place with a manger and staff right out of hades. DON'T LIVE HERE. GO TO WILLIAMSBURG NEXT DOOR FIRST, AND IT'S THE PITS. BUT THIS PLACE IS WORSE. AND THE MANAGER IS ANOTHER LEONA HELMSLEY.
