HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

The price of the apartments are attractive but the management, specifically the property manager Nicole James, is the worst I have ever encountered. The only way to get any maintenance done is to become friends with the maintenance staff and then tell them personally that there is a problem otherwise you will wait for weeks. There is rarely enough hot water, and most of the AC units leak so they have to be recharged every couple of weeks. There was also a murder at the apartments that the property manager told people not to talk about. The property manager is EXTREMELY rude and doesn't care about tenants. Good luck with trying to get your deposit back, I have been trying for 10 months after my move out date, and have even contacted the management company in Illinois and constantly get the run around. DO NOT MOVE HERE! SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!
