I CAN'T BELIEVE ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS PEOPLE HAVE POSTED ON HERE. OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE ALL RESIDENTS WHO WERE EVICTED FOR NOT PAYING THEIR RENT. THE APARTMENTS NEED SOME WORK-BUT THE NEW STAFF IS GREAT! THE ARE FIXING THINGS ONE AT A TIME, AND THEY SEEM TO REALLY CARE. THESE OTHER BAD-MOUTHERS WANT TO PAY AVERAGE RENT, BUT EXPECT THEIR APARTMENT TO BE LIKE THE RITZ CARLTON-LETS BE REAL! WILDWOOD IS COOL, AND A NICE PLACE TO LIVE.
